what is a good program to get rid of spyware, that is free? just spyware?

I want something that is not an anti virus and wont conflict with the anti virus i have now( F-secure)? plz give me some names?

Edit: AVG is a p*ss-poor antivirus… someone has to be joking to suggest it for its antispyware abilities !

    Malwarebytes is one of the best I’ve used…run it manually whenever you want to scan for malware…

    superantispyware and malwarebytes are amasing and get rid of spyware realy easyly it will find other thinkgs but before u remove the stuff jut uncheck the NON spyware things and then just hit next and restart and ur done
