Should my computer be virus free?

I have ran F-Secure virus scan, Malwarebytes scan, Ad-aware scan, and Microsoft Malicious software removal tool scan. All of these tools showed 0 infections. Should this assure me that there is no virus or is there another anti-virus tool that I should also try. If you believe that I should try another tool, please specify what tool and where to get it.

Thanks.
Also, if it makes any difference, I ran Malwarebytes with Windows in both Regular Mode and Safe Mode.

Chosen Answer:

You are likely OK, just be sure to use safe browsing habits. Since those programs are not anti-virus programs, you should get one if you don’t already have one. Microsoft Security Essentials is a good, free program- http://www.microsoft.com/Security_Essentials/

i’m using avast home edition . The new version has been released on their website. It s a freeware. You can register yourself on the avast website to recive the registration key . They provide timely updates (small in size, ie. In kb’s. Which s usefull for people with limited internet plans ). It s fully legal n it generates a virus recovery database to report avast about the new viruses .
To detect n delete malwares on your comp use malware bytes . Another free software . N a powerfull tool to clean your comp of malwares. I use these softwares myself .
