How to remove a cardtrap virus from a N73?

I have download f-secure trial version but it didnt detect it. I know its a cardtrap because its transforming all my files in exe. Now i am unable to manage my pics, sounds, etc. Please help me! Is formating the phone solve the problem? If yes hw to do it? Please help…
