How do I properly uninstall F secure 2005 from my computer?

Add/remove doesn’t work. Going directly to the F secure directory doesn’t work either. I am trying to install another antivirus program but I’m unable to because it seems that F secure is hardwired into my computer. What should I do?

well f-secure is only 2nd to kaspersky. however there are four or fivve different component in ur add/remove. uninstall one after the other f-secure.for example start with f-secure firewall. better uninstall from safemode

   did you turn off the program before trying to uninstall ?

   F-Secure has special tools and instructions for removing it when normal methods fail here:
