F-Secure i rang them and they told me i don’t have parental control security on my account and i spent 2 hours on the phone while we tried various things to unbloke the website including useing firefox,eventually i was told to download and run ‘f secure removal tool’ this took many attempts because each time i tried yo run it my laptop restarted itself and the website remained blocked,i eventually succeeded to run the f secure removal tool and facebook was unblocked but only for a few hrs, and its started again and i cant access fb because i keep getting the parental control msg, iv gone to user account and it tells me i have no parental control on my laptop..can anyone help?

i don’t know if you are a younger person living with your parents, but it’s possible they MAY have blocked Facebook through the firewall software on your computer (i’m guessing the computer has one) or added www.facebook.com to the block list on the Windows HOSTS file
